Living Out a Dream

This weekend was a good one and it is not even noon yet on a Sunday!
I participated in my 1st ever duathlon - 20 km cycling and 10 km running scheduled as
5 km running, 20 km cycling and 5 km running again

Finished in 1:44:48. Will wait for official splits, but the highlight of the race was my 1st 5K in 22:46

This is the 2nd time in less than a month in which I have gone under 23 min for a 5K.

Also, it is the 1st time I have raced in this format although I cycle and run and cycle back home on some weekends (and that is easier).

ACE 2009 results

Came 2nd in this year's edition.
Amongst other things, answered a question on Kanakuri. Read more about it here
Overall nice day spent in Hyd.
Best part about the quiz was that my pals in Hyd came 3rd.
The teams which came 1st to 3rd all had brunch/lunch together at Chutney's!

And the team from Irevna which won have done so for the last 3 years!

Bambai se aaya mera dost...

Dhammumbai :) :(

I am moving to Bombay, starting t'row. Professional reasons only, atleast so far ;)

Although I will be back in Bangalore as early as next weekend (only for the weekend :( ), I feel like I have severed a connection with what has been the centre of my universe for long. I feel like Jerry Maguire who's told that a top talent is signing with him only to find out when he reaches the house of that player, that he has sold out, before he could get there. Something just does not feel right.

But then all the big bhais in Indian business are all there ;)

So couldn't stay away for long.

It's a big move for me personally, more than professionally and took a lot of soul searching. Thankfully Bombay is the only city I like anywhere near as much as I love Bangalore.
Hmm... What Dreams May Come...

And dear Sanaa, welcome to the world...
